As a business coach, consultant and trainer I advise people how to increase their turnover or improve the efficiency of their company/department. I do that by tackling people and process. People's behavioural can be improved by looking at their DISC profile and looking at how to flex their words, body language and other elements of communication. Process is tackled by looking at the strategies and business systems in place in the organisation and reviewing them against the organisation's goals. I therefore speak on both topics. I present in Dutch, English, Spanish and German, have a Master's degree in International Business Communications and speak on a regular basis.
