Biography

I earned my undergraduate and Master's degrees at one of the five largest universities in the U.S., where I now hold a faculty position and have been awarded two Outstanding Faculty/Teaching Awards. In addition to my teaching, I am a professional public speaker and author. Having earned my degrees in Human Communication/Performance Studies, I am often asked, as my schedule permits, to deliver presentations on a variety of leadership topics and education topics. Among the courses I teach (and the areas I speak on) are: Leadership Communication, Training and Development, Communication for Business and the Professions, and Issues in Higher Education. My doctorate in Educational Leadership and Innovation is in progress.
