Lobat Mirzadeh is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Business Law within the College of Business Administration at Loyola Marymount University. She earned a B.A. in psychology from UCLA and a J.D. from Loyola Law School.

Lobat's experiences range from criminal prosecution, contract disputes, real estate law, and complex business litigation. She served as counsel for the Archdiocese of Los Angeles in civil cases involving clergy misconduct. Subsequently, she has served as a consultant to various individuals and businesses involved in international trade and real estate. She has also been involved in numerous real estate transactions and development in greater Los Angeles

Lobat lives with her husband, three children, and crazy dog Drake.
