Biography
On Labor Day weekend 2011, out of the blue, Wiley Publishers asked me to write a book for them.
Only 3 years before I’d been virtually unknown to Google and was scrambling to support my 3 kids while working from home with a 2008 degree in Communications that wasn’t opening doors. By helping people online via blogging and social networking I started creating visibility and a reputation that generates good business.
Online Reputation Management For Dummies required deep research. I created a scalable, secure system for companies to enjoy easy information flow to Google, through their best social networks, and back again. Seamlessly.
I customize social networking systems for companies in tough segments, positioning them to powerfully amplify positive feedback, shine on Google, and have business flow to them organically and sustainably.
Companies who hide behind a dull online presence risk having their good name tossed around the Internet like a beach ball on a gusty day. There’s no control over what might happen or how far it will go when the discussion hits a nerve.
It’s remarkable what happens when companies put good out into the world with genuine, useful content. It establishes their credibility and boosts their bottom line like nothing else. That’s been the most satisfying part of this journey.
Let me help your company position itself online. Powerfully. Positively.
