Biography

As an Advanced Technologies Engineer at Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE), Lucas Garcia leads a group of researchers and engineers who integrate cutting-edge technologies into fluid power projects for industry customers, academic partners, and internal initiatives. He has over 10 years of experience in the automation and testing field, with a master's degree in engineering and a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from MSOE and Fachhochschule Lübeck in Germany.

Lucas' core competencies include designing, building, commissioning, and maintaining electronically controlled hydraulic test stands, providing automated controls and data analysis solutions, and managing projects and people within budget and time constraints. He also has strong communication and leadership skills, developed through training dealers and internal employees on the latest technology, troubleshooting quality issues in the field, and collaborating with end users directly.
