Biography
I taught and mentored writers over the last twenty-five years. Because of my years as a missionary among primitive people I became a story teller regaling audiences with the humor I found in everyday events. Many of my students became published authors and/or free lance writers.
I hold a B.S. Degree from North Texas University in Education. I am fluent in Spanish after living in Mexico for 9 years, and graduating from the Spanish Language School in Guadalajara.
I have six published books and 80 published articles.

Laughter does good like Medicine should
A series of true life stories that bring laughter to the audience with application and ideas on how listeners can find fun in their everyday experiences., thus relieving stress.
Tarahumara Indians -- Long distance runners of northern Mexico
An account of these amazing primitive people who run a 200 mile race without stopping -- just for fun. We lived among them for five years. Their culture is unique and they still live in caves just south of our U.S. Border. The audience will be captivated by my stories.
Learning to live in a primative culture
A city girl became a missionary to the Tarahumara Indians of northern Mexico, and learned to live without electricity. Life got funny as she learned.
