Biography
Attorney and author Manfred Sternberg has a long history as a successful business entrepreneur. He has been practicing law in Houston, Texas for almost 30 years maintaining an active civil law practice focusing on commercial litigation and corporate counsel. Manfred has been Board Certified in Consumer and Commercial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1993.
He has founded, owned and operated a variety of commercial enterprises. Over the past 25 plus years, Manfred and his team of top legal talent have assisted business clients with legal matters and assisted them in accomplishing their business goals. His practice focuses on providing general counsel, including capital formation, crowdfunding, mergers and acquisitions, litigation strategy and contract enforcement.
He is the author of the real estate training course, Creating Wealth with
Help from the Crowd which has component chapters that have been widely used over the last decade to train real estate investors around the country. The course manual was recently updated to include, what many consider to be the most exiting fundraising opportunity in 100 years, Real Estate based Crowdfunding.
