Biography
Margaret is a professor and active researcher in the field of meteor physics. She has been faculty at Western University since 2005. She works with the NASA Meteoroid Environment Office on assessing risks to spacecraft from meteoroids.
Scientifically, she is interested in the links between comets, asteroids and meteors, and what small solar system bodies can tell us about the origin of our planet.
When she is not doing research, Margaret enjoys teaching undergraduate and graduate Physics and Astronomy courses.
