Biography
Mario Deo is a senior partner with the firm of Fine & Deo, Barristers & Solicitors. Fine & Deo is a leading condominium law firm and concentrates its practice on Condominium Law.
Mario graduated with a degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Toronto in 1982. He attended the University of Western Ontario Law School and was called to the bar in 1988.
Mario’s practice concentrates on advising condominium corporations.
Mario has presented papers and lectured at numerous Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI) and Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO) conferences and luncheons. He is a frequent lecturer at the Law Society of Upper Canada on issues relating to Condominium and Real Estate Law. He has also lectured on issues of Condominium Law at Humber College and Seneca College. Since 1993, Mario has been an instructor at the Advanced Directors Course offered by the CCI Toronto Chapter and the Condo 101 course.
Mario is a board member and Vice-President of CCI-Toronto and Co-Chair of Public Relations of the CCI-Toronto, and is the editor of the Condovoice Magazine. He is also a member of the CCI/ACMO Conference Committee.
