Biography
Growing up in central and southern Africa, Mark's career started out in Medicine but quickly moved into philosophy and theology, becoming a 'physician of the soul'. 20 years of starting and leading churches and not-for-profit organisations in Australia and Canada have given Mark very deep and very extensive experience in developing organisations and leaders in and for organisations. His teaching and mentoring has brought inspiration and transformation to all kinds and conditions of people: from sex workers to CEO's of publicly listed companies, from teenagers to geriatrics, from stay-at-home mothers to Federal politicians. Along the way a Master's in Organisation Dynamics has extended Mark's influence into the soul of organisations. His expertise is helping leader's develop an appreciation of the unconscious, or hidden, forces at work in their organisations in order to then take action to bring sustained, systemic improvement in health and profitability.
