Marla McGraw is an experienced higher education professional with a demonstrated history of working within highly ranked business schools. Prior to working in higher education, Marla worked in human resources and in talent acquisition (campus and experienced hire).

Marla's team coaches business undergraduate, MBA and specialty masters students in all aspects of the career search. The team works with employers and alumni to develop relationships that result in fantastic internship and full time opportunities for our students. They work with global employers to secure tremendous positions for students seeking jobs overseas. Marla currently manages a team of 11 staff and 20+ students and a ~3 million dollar budget.
