After a professional relationship of some twenty years, I think I'm well qualified and delighted to provide a recommendation. Martin is a prolific strategic thinker, whose lateral creativity and dogged determination has enabled him to create and sustain not just new business concepts, but entire new industry sectors. Time and time again I have witnessed Martin - not satisfied to compete in the same space as competitors - innovate and lead both the change and direction required in order to take those businesses to an untouchable market leadership position. An enigmatic character, full of personality, wit and focused energy, he is both loyal and backable in any venture

I engaged Martin's services as a business consultant to initiate and deepen our presence in recruiting for clients in the technology vendor space, with a particular focus on contact centres. He was quick to utilise his strong network of contacts, plus in addition was naturally confident in talking with other organisations to initiate a relationship. From a business perspective, Martin has an excellent understanding of technology, in particular, solutions that impact on contact centre performance. His awareness of trends and opportunities in Asia was also beneficial and at all times, Martin was committed to the success of Curran & Associates
