Biography

Mary Koloroutis, MSN, RN is vice-president of Creative Health Care Management, a consulting firm bringing Relationship-Based Care to health care organizations across the globe. Mary is the co-creator, author, and editor of the Relationship-Based Care series of books and workshops.

Whether keynote speaking or leading a staff workshop, Mary Koloroutis is gifted at connecting the audience to the power of her message. She inspires professionals to take a closer look at why they are working in the industry and give them knowledge-based skills and insights that help them to deepen their connection with patients and their families.

For decades, Relationship-Based Care (RBC) has been a proven framework that has been transforming infrastructures and cultures to put the patient and family at the center of care.
