Before has started his career coaching practice, Matt spent more than a decade as a strategic marketing manager and consultant for industry-leaders including Genzyme, Partners Healthcare and Pioneer Investments. He is credentialed by the World Coach Institute as Certified Career Coach and Certified Professional Coach. He earned his MBA in Marketing and Strategy from the Sawyer School of Management at Suffolk University and his BS in Business Management from Boston University.
