Biography
Melanie Sears has been a trainer for the Center for Nonviolent Communication for more than twenty years. She has also been a registered nurse for thirty years and has worked in all areas of health care. She is the author of Humanizing Health Care: Creating Cultures of Compassion with Nonviolent Communication and Choose Your Words. Melanie is an international trainer, speaker and coach.
