Biography
Mike is a graduate of the University of Arizona with a degree in Psychology and an MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management with an emphasis in Organizational Management and Human Resources. Through the course of his 30-year career Mike has worked with organizations in corporate and entrepreneurial environments as an Operations Manager, Training Consultant, Sales Consultant and Business Analyst. Mike is a technology and personal development integrator that empowers individuals and organizations to accurately discover and leverage personal and technology skills for improved performance and team cohesion. During his career he has mentored individuals to higher performance through holistic methods of self-awareness and goal setting.
With a passion to work with people, Mike has established himself as a leader within both professional and community-based organizations. He currently sits as the vice-president of the Executive Volunteer Council of the Phoenix Zoo and is active in professional organizations such the American Society of Training and Development, (ASTD) and numerous Toastmaster organizations.
Mike's practice, Business Leadership Services, (BLS) specializing in working with non-profit organizations and small businesses providing executive coaching, personal assessment and leadership coaching for individuals and business groups.
Mike lives in Gilbert Arizona and has been married for 25 years to his wife Cindy. He enjoys traveling and loves to perform magic for people of all ages.
As a business coach Mike provides six coaching programs for organizations and executives. Through showcases and personal one-on-one coaching, I provide proven techniques of spacial repetition and personal responsibility to enhance the effectiveness of goal setting, time management and leadership.
