Dr. Connolly explained the thought process and work that goes into deciding if new standards for a particular issue are warranted, needed, and worthwhile. Since Dr. Connolly joined CARF in April 2023, he has been involved in the International Standards Advisory Committee (ISAC) work groups that have developed five new standards.
