Biography
As founder of ZDNet, PC/Computing, NewsEdge and KnowledgeVision, Michael Kolowich has been at the forefront of the online content revolution for more than 20 years. A former Emmy-winning television news reporter at WGBH-TV in Boston, Michael has been a partner at the strategy consulting firm of Bain and Company, Chief Marketing Officer at Lotus, President of New Media at AT&T, and a documentary filmmaker and executive producer at DigiNovations. He was also architect of Mitt Romney's online video strategy in the 2008 campaign.
Currently, as CEO and founder of KnowledgeVision Systems and founding editor of the website RichContentDaily.com, Michael is a thought leader in the emerging twin fields of content marketing and inbound marketing.
A graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Business School, Michael's background combines a unique blend of background in online publishing, marketing, video production, and business strategy. He has been a magazine columnist, blogger, and speaker to national audiences for 25 years.
