Michael helps companies overcome the challenges of diversity in the workplace and increase sales to multicultural customers. He is the author of five books on marketing and selling Hispanics, African Americans, Asians, Middle Easterners and others and has spoken to over 1,000 groups around the world including Coca-Cola, General Motors, State Farm Insurance, Virginia Tech University, Chevron, the National Association of Realtors and the National Association of Homebuilders.
