Biography

Mike - a business author and speaker - is a founder of two training businesses and formerly a senior manager with Deloitte Consulting in London, where he specialized in program management and the integration of complex change.

His books include best-sellers: The Yes/No Book, Brilliant Time Management, and Brilliant Stress Management, alongside four books that harness his expertise in project management. His latest books include How to Speak so People Listen, and The Influence Agenda. Winter 2014/15 sees the publication of what he expects to be his biggest book to date: Powerhouse.

Now Mike offers a range of educational, insightful, thought-provoking and entertaining seminars and talks, covering management and leadership, communication skills and personal effectiveness.
