Milton J. Perkins, Ph.D. (Student), MSHRM, SPHR, CPC, is Agile•1’s Senior Director of Workforce Consulting Solutions. He is responsible for developing and delivering workforce planning, HR strategic planning, organizational capability assessment, organizational design and development, diversity and inclusion, HR Analytic, and change management solutions to Fortune 1000 clients. With over 33 years of experience developing human capital strategies in partnership with global line of business leaders, internal affinity groups, staffing leaders, community-based organizations and external affinity group partners, he has assisted organizations in building strategies resulting in lower acquisition costs, lower cycle times, greater productivity and increased diversity applicant flow. He is an active speaker and has presented at events in the United States, Qatar, Colombia, Jamaica, Bermuda, Chile, Argentina, Mexico, Ecuador, Peru, Canada, Milton is currently pursuing his Ph.D., Organization and Management – Human Resources from Capella University, and is researching the positive and empirical correlation between employee engagement and profitability. He holds certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the HR Certification Institute, and is a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) with the National Association of Personnel Services.
