Some really smart people are afraid of technology, or even worse have convinced themselves that they are "bad" at technology. The people who are GREAT at technology aren't always great teachers. I LOVE teaching lay people who to use technology to become more effective, streamline their day, and real more clients.
People describe me as down to earth, funny, with a unique ability to reach people who would normally "glaze over" in a technology training.

This talk is all about highlighting the cheapest, easiest to implement tools to help people save time, save money, and make life better.
