Biography

Serial entrepreneur and neuroscientist, helps immigrants rebuild their life abroad.

Payam Bahrampoor has experienced migration twice—first to Istanbul and then to London. Through these transitions, he has developed a deep, practical understanding of what it truly means to rebuild life from scratch: losing established structures, identities, and networks, and constructing them again in a new environment.

His work is grounded in both scientific and entrepreneurial experience. He has studied neuroscience at King's College London and business management at NEOMA Business School. Alongside his academic background, he has founded and scaled more than 9 successful businesses and managed teams of over 200 people.

In Iran, Payam has built a significant audience and educational impact. More than 1 million people follow him on Instagram, and he has organised some of the largest educational seminars and events in the country. Hundreds of thousands of individuals have engaged with his training programs in personal development, business, and decision-making.

Through Brain CEO, he now focuses on applying brain-based strategies to a global audience—specifically immigrants. His work is centred on helping individuals who feel stuck abroad to regain direction, rebuild their cognitive and emotional capacity, and systematically reconstruct their lives with clarity, structure, and purpose.
