Biography
Monika Czaplicka has been active in the field of internet marketing since 2006. She is the owner of the social media agency Wobuzz. Her popularity surged with her works "You Don't Read? I'm Not Going to Bed with You" and "Social Media Crises Erupt on Weekends." She is the author of "Seduce the Customer – Marketing in Social Media" (PWN), "Crisis Management in Social Media" (Helion), and a co-author of the second and third parts of "The Bible of E-Business." Czaplicka runs a blog at monikaczaplicka.pl. You can find her at conferences where she speaks and shares her knowledge. She also mentors startups and is a co-author of the research "Rainbow Złotówka" and the brain behind the inclusive marketing agency Priders.
