Biography
Morgan Rowe is an associate lawyer at Raven, Cameron, Ballantyne & Yazbeck where she practices labour and employment law and human rights law. She has represented employees and unions before the Social Security Tribunal, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal, the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal, and before labour boards and arbitrators across Canada. She works with community groups advocating on behalf of individuals with disabilities and injured workers and is a co-author of Exploring Disability Identity and Disability Rights through Narratives.
