Biography

Naomi Tucker, LMFT ATR-BC is a board certified art therapist, supervisor and senior lecturer at LMU. Naomi joined the HBL Art Therapy Clinic in 2010 and is currently the HBL ATC Assistant Director. Naomi has facilitated therapy in a variety of settings in Los Angeles, Mexico, and online, including residential treatment, in-home, in-school, day treatment, and private practice. In addition to art therapy, Naomi incorporates tools including Brainspotting, Mindful Self Compassion and Internal Family Systems-inspired “parts” work. Naomi maintains an online psychotherapy practice for clients in California, Connecticut and New Hampshire who are facing anxiety, depression, grief, transitions, trauma and challenges in career, creativity, and relationships. She also provides consultation to agencies and art therapy supervision to graduates of LMU.
