Biography
With a foundation deeply rooted in Ballroom and Latin dance, Natalya Z trained and competed internationally for over a decade before transitioning her award-winning performances from the competition floor into the Los Angeles commercial dance industry. Professionally represented by The Movement Talent Agency as a dancer, instructor, and choreographer, Natalya performs and creates work for stage, screen, and global brands.
Natalya is the founder and director of ZTHEORY, a dance company and training program through which she integrates classical Ballroom technique into the evolving movement style of Heels Dance.
Her approach balances rigorous technical precision with a mindset-focused pedagogy. Natalya advocates for the recognition of Heels Dance as a legitimate movement discipline - one with its own foundational technique, vocabulary, and values.
