Nickcole Byrd is a charismatic leader, visionary, strategic thinker, and entrepreneur who serves as the Director of Outreach and Pastor J. Ministries at the Higher Dimension Church, a thriving and radical, constantly evolving ministry and 12,000-member church located in Houston.
Named "Minista" by her peers, Nickcole’s voice has restructured atmospheres of depression and hurt at women’s conferences and events throughout Texas.
Known for her intellectual expertise and zeal for effective ministry she has a plight to train women ministry leaders to become more than just busy in the body of Christ but to become Accelerated Game Changers in the Kingdom of God.
Beyond her ministry platform, Nickcole has graced the presence of influential business leaders as a teacher and professor of business and marketing. Her national impact can be felt through her business Byrd Media that spans from radio, television, books, and business coaching and consulting.
