Nickcole Byrd is a charismatic leader, visionary, strategic thinker, and entrepreneur who serves as the Director of Outreach and Pastor J. Ministries at the Higher Dimension Church, a thriving and radical, constantly evolving ministry and 12,000-member church located in Houston.

Named "Minista" by her peers, Nickcole’s voice has restructured atmospheres of depression and hurt at women’s conferences and events throughout Texas.
