At present I am at PwC UK, leading an innovation programme.
From May 2008 - June 2011: Chief Innovation Officer and Partner, Open-Knowledge Ltd (a global consultancy bringing the Web2.0 paradigm into the Enterprise – Enterprise 2.0) where I worked on numerous consulting projects, which brought the efficiencies of Enterprise 2.0 collaboration tools and social software into large and medium-sized enterprises and brokered a number of very significant contracts with clients, particularly the adoption of the leading Web2.0 open innovation and idea management platform, Spigit.com which has significantly increased the implementation of new products and services;
2007 – present: London Speakers Bureau: I have delivered many keynote and inspirational speeches to many organisations on Digital children as the customers and employees of tomorrow; innovating out of a recession, disruptive technologies and behaviours, business model innovation and Enterprise2.0 – the application of Social Network Analysis and social media for greater effectiveness and efficiency in business.
May 2007 – 2009: Associate Director, STL Partners Ltd, (founders of the Telco2.0 initiative)

2007 – 2008: Chief Strategy Officer, Wireless Grids Corporation, USA.
May 2007: Chairman of the ITU TELECOM Forum Programme Committee, Geneva.
2001 – 2007: Director of Technology Research, Orange UK plc, (formerly the Home Division of France Telecom, formerly Wanadoo and Freeserve.com Ltd) In this role across the France Telecom Group, created an innovation Think Tank that fused business vision and technology into strategic frameworks for new products and services.
2003-2007: Executive Board member of the Communications Futures Programme at MIT;
1999-2001: Head of Research, cScape Ltd, UK
1997: Founder and Director of Globalisation And Power in the Twenty-First Century (GAP21)
GAP21 was a not-for-profit organisation which aimed to establish a global debate about the impact of Information and Communication Technologies on 21st Century society. Its aim was to bring together government, policymakers, industry, academia and civil society in a global forum in a ‘Global Intellectual Olympics’ on the future of technology and society.

Talk at the 3G World Congress in Hong Kong which looked at the implications of new behaviours around mobility and the new Web2.0 paradigm

Talk given to the IPA Future of Work conference held in London in 2010. This talk examined the implications of the relationship between between new social networked behaviours and the new digital and mobile technologies and drew out some implications for the workplace of the future.
