Olga Holin is a Consulting Director for IDC Canada's Custom Solutions practice. Her primary focus is the telecommunication sector. At IDC she supports her customers with data and research-based solutions that help them plan, market, and sell. She helps clients address their business challenges and achieve their objectives by leveraging the wide IDC solution portfolio and knowledgeable analyst community.
Olga has spent most of her career serving the needs of telecommunication providers such as Vodafone, Telefonica, DTAG, Orange, Telenor, Swisscom, Teliasonera, T-Mobile USA, and many more.
She has held previous roles at Gartner, Omdia, and CCS Insight, before joining BT Group to manage all external analyst sources across their key groups: Consumer, Enterprise, and Global. As part of her role at BT Group, she was also responsible for maximizing the value derived from insight and implemented the new BT Insight Hub to allow employees to leverage insight, data, and research better.
