Pam Paquet is a workforce productivity specialist – she helps workplaces and employees “stop doing what does not work”. She is referred to as the “Dr. Phil of the Workplace” who creates change through understanding people and modifying behaviours.

Pam aligns people, teams and organizational change. Her insight into the “people side of business” is unique to strategize for change. Pam specializes in topics such as communication, conflict, assertiveness, leadership and retirement transition.

Pam’s credentials include an MEd and BA in Psychology with a specialization in mediation. She is a master level facilitator registered as a Canadian Speaking Professional. Pam is certified with the Canadian Counselling Association and provides psychological services in a successful private practice.

Don’t Look Up: Finding Motivation From Within

We sometimes seek out other people in the search for motivation. Unfortunately, we can mistake fame or greatness for motivation. Look past the Everest climbers and focus on your own self, home and backyard.

When staff is not motivated, then productivity slows, enthusiasm is absent and attendance is lessened. Motivating staff is always a challenge and very few “fixes” provide long lasting differences.
