"Paolo is one of the few people in the world with the unique (and generally underappreciated) skill of helping managers and future managers to be culturally aware. His framework for intercultural intelligence goes beyond the usual country by country advice that you find in most books. Instead he is an expert at using his vast experience of dealing with people from different cultures to teach ACTIONABLE advice. When I asked him to guest lecture a group of professional Masters students in my Georgetown University class, he taught them more about intercultural intelligence in 2 hours than they likely may have learned in 2 years of living abroad. Hire Paolo, or just go and listen to him speak at an event or conference.

"Paolo is an outstanding professional who has the very rare combination of depth of expertise (International Management and Intercultural Dynamics) combined with an extraordinary style that is both personable and genuinely friendly. We have hired Paolo to be our resident international (Europe) "expert" to provide coaching for our graduate students before their study abroad. He is superb and I look forward to our continued working relationship. If you have a business interest in Italy or Europe, or are considering expanding there, hire Paolo ... I give him my very highest unqualified recommendation"
