Biography
Patty is a Research Director on the research team at IDC Canada. She is responsible for managing primary research projects and TechQuest panel for IDC Canada. Her expertise includes quantitative and qualitative research design, sampling, project management, statistical data analysis and panel management. She has extensive research experience across a wide variety of technology and business topics.

This IDC Survey examines the current and future state of Canadian organizations and their response to the COVID-19 crisis. IDC has developed a five-stage model of the COVID-19 Road to Recovery. It provides useful guidance to business and IT leaders a way to look ahead and refine their approach to thrive in the digital economy post pandemic. In late July 2020, as part of IDC Canada's Business and IT Advisory Panel, we surveyed decision makers at 502 Canadian organizations to better understand where organizations were on the road to recovery. This document explores the responses by organization size, industry, and region in order to provide guidance to decision makers about how to benchmark their peers and prospects during this volatile pandemic.
