Biography
I am an executive coach who helps senior executives and business owners take their leadership presence to a new level — improving their effectiveness, expanding their influence and leading more purposeful and satisfying lives. In particular, I help them maximize the many "defining moments" in their lives — those times when who they are, what they stand for and why people should follow them are measured and matter.
As a presentation coach, I have guided business development teams to successful awards of contracts and business totaling more than $2 billion.
Over 16 years, my clients have included Cisco, Fidelity, Verizon, Convergys, Cincinnati Bell, General Cable, Disney, Churchill Downs, DD Williamson, Federal Home Loan Bank, Serco and dozens of others in manufacturing, financial services, business services, IT. telecom and entertainment.
