Biography
Over the past 12 years, Pete Morton has studied and implemented Military and Law Enforcement Tactics and Intelligence with the U.S. Army, DHS, DEA, FBI and Local and State Law Enforcement Agencies, in order to predict how, when, and where the enemy or criminal element was going to attack. While conducting this analysis, he realized that the same principles he used to collect and analyze information for the Army and Law Enforcement, could also be used to give U.S. companies, NGO's and Institutions of Education the situational awareness and training they need to ensure the safety of their employees/personnel.

Crisis Management
What would your initial reaction to a shooter scenario be? Anyone, trained or not, should react with some level of fear. Anyone who says they are not afraid might be due for a psychological evaluation. We should not live in fear, but that does not mean that you will never feel the emotion. Fear is a natural reaction in situations that require fight or flight. This is a natural reaction in order to get our adrenaline pumping and to give us that extra boost of energy that we may need to survive.
