Peter S. Davis is a Senior Managing Director in the Strategic Advisory practice at J.S. Held with over 30 years of experience in financial consulting and extensive litigation experience across the US, Mexico, Germany, and Japan. He has served as Receiver or Distribution Agent in regulatory matters brought by the US Securities and Exchange Commission, Federal Trade Commission, Arizona Corporation Commission, and the Arizona State Board of Education, as well as for lenders and equity holders.

Peter has a proven track record in forensic accounting and fraud detection, uncovering complex fraud schemes and returning millions of dollars to victims. He helps companies in transition with turnaround and restructuring strategies to improve profitability and liquidity, serving as Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO), Board member, and Financial Advisor to distressed companies. Peter has provided expert testimony in Federal, Bankruptcy, and State court matters, as well as State legislatures and board matters. He has provided expert testimony and litigation support in numerous State, Federal, and Bankruptcy matters, focusing on asset recovery, fraud investigations, and examining the root cause of insolvency.

Peter's expertise includes understanding and interpreting complex financial data and determining damages. He has taught forensic accounting and receiverships at Arizona State University and provided training to various organizations.
