Biography
Phil is responsible for all planning and architectural activities for Lillibridge. Phil brings over 38 years of healthcare planning, design, and construction experience to Lillibridge's project team. Phil has directed the successful completion of over 150 healthcare projects in 43 states. Prior to joining Lillibridge, he worked for a large national healthcare corporation where he directed the company's design and construction activities. Phil received his BS in Architecture from the University of Texas at Arlington, is a registered architect in 20 states, is NCARB certified, is licensed as a general contractor in several states, and is a former Vice Chairman of the Texas AIA Committee on Architecture for Health.

Registered Architect in 22 States (professional)
An architect is a person trained to plan and design buildings, and oversee their construction. To practice architecture means to provide services in connection with the design and construction of buildings and the space within the site surrounding the buildings, that have as their principal purpose human occupancy or use.
Licensed General Contractor Louisiana (professional)
The General Contractor (GC) assesses project-specific documents and calculates an estimate. The GC considers cost of materials and equipment as well as the cost of labor to provide the owner with an approximate price for the project. Contract documents include a budget, any general and special conditions, and blueprints and specs prepared by a design professional such as an architect. In many instances the general contractor is the project engineer or project manager for construction projects.
