Biography
Pierre Quinn is a sought-after speaker, author, and leadership who focuses on teaching organizations to access their strengths, build stronger cultures and foster the relationships that lead to transformation. As a gifted communicator and engaging storyteller the most frequently asked question is, “When can Pierre come back?” For nearly a decade Pierre taught college students the fundamental principles of communication, interpersonal relationships, team building, and leadership. His classroom experience allowed him to easily transition to training leaders across the country.
Pierre is the author of Leading While Green: How Emerging Leaders Can Ripen Into EffectiveLeaders and Leading While Scared: How To Find The Courage To Keep Going. He is the CEO of the Cardell Group, LLC, a consulting firm that focuses on growing leaders and empowering teams of all sizes and he serves as a training facilitator with Duke Corporate Education.
Pierre holds graduate degrees in communication and theology from Andrews University. He also holds a certificate in Principled Centered Management from the Focus LeadershipInstitute and a certificate in Executive Leadership from Howard University.
