Biography
Randy Sabourin is a thought leader on Business Improvisation. He assists leaders and organizations manage change using a combination of strategy, improvisation, and creativity. He combines a unique style of facilitation, coaching, and experiential learning to help reveal individual behavioral style and its affects team dynamics. Randy has published several articles on Change, Business Improvisation and Sales Training; his Leadership Blog is widely read.
Randy has worked with companies such as Aon Hewitt, BMO, Unilever, Rogers Communications, HP, Celestica, ING Direct, Descartes, Ensemble, and Research In Motion.
Randy has a degree in Composition and Improvisation from Berklee College of Music and is a certified CTC Psychometrist for TAIS. He has trained in Theatrical Improvisation with Keith Johnstone and Dennis Cahill of Loose Moose Theatre in Calgary, AB. Randy lives in Toronto Canada with his wife and daughters. He is an avid musician, improviser and hockey player.
