A public affairs and strategic communications professional, Raymond's experience comes from working both within and outside of government. He is a seasoned communicator who excels at storytelling and has the ability to deliver complex messages in a clear, simple and concise manner.
As a member of the Government Relations team at CAA South Central Ontario (CAA SCO), Raymond serves as the subject matter expert on transportation issues within the City of Toronto.
Prior to this, Raymond served as the Executive Assistant to a respected Toronto City Councillor where he oversaw all aspects of communications, policy and legislative matters.
As a former advisor to a federal Member of Parliament and the City of Toronto's Deputy Mayor, Raymond has worked collaboratively with politicians from across all party lines. He knows and understands the inner workings of governments.
