Biography

Ren Li joined Goizueta Business School as a Post-Doctoral Fellow in 2019. She holds a PhD in Social, Decision Making, and Organizational Science at University of Maryland, College Park and an MA in clinical psychology from Columbia University. Her research focuses on social norms in organizations and their roles in 1) managing conflict in teams and 2) developing prosocial interventions. Her work has been published in top academic outlets, including Psychological Science, and Journal of Consumer Psychology.
