Being Present in the Moment
Are you where you are? I mean I see your body, but where are your mind and thoughts? Many of us spend the better portion of each day being where we are not. Or, in other words, when we are at work, we are thinking about home, when we are at home we are thinking about work, etc. So life is an endless detachment from the present. But, research shows that the happiest people are engaged mindfully in the present. This talk gives insight into and practice of becoming present. Be where you are!
