Biography

Rob is a founding member of Communications Chambers, an association of leading advisors in TMT policy & strategy. Before establishing Communications Chambers he headed Ingenious Consulting’s strategy practice. His clients include Google, Vodafone, ITV, News Corp, Telstra, Telecom New Zealand, China Mobile, the GSMA, and many others.

Rob's previous coporate roles include heading strategy and/or M&A for Level 3, Reach and Hongkong Telecom. In those roles he conducted numerous multi-million and billion dollar negotiations with regulators and businesses. He also worked extensively on issues of telecoms and internet strategy.

He was also a founder and partner of IncubASIA, a Hong Kong based venture capital firm, investing in telecoms and internet start-ups.

He began his career in consulting, first with the LEK Partnership and then with Delta Strategy, a firm he co-founded.

He has lived and worked in the UK, Hong Kong, the US and Sweden.
