Sample Talks (1)

Identifying & Managing the CAUSES of Risks rather than Risks themselves for Effective Risk management

Traditional 20th century Risk Management seeks to "second guess" the occurence of risk (with or without a crystal ball) and then formulates mitigation strategies to deal with them. Modern 21st century seeks to identify the CAUSES of Risks and prevent or mitigate the CAUSES before Risks emerge to cross the corporate perimeter and slap the organisation around the face resulting in loss of success and profits OR dealing a fatal body blow.
