Biography

Rosa Lupo is a partner in the Gowlings' Waterloo Region office and a member of the Business Law Group. Rosa practises in all areas of real estate law, with an emphasis on purchase, sale and finance transactions.

Rosa advises clients with respect to development, financing, leasing, purchase and sale of commercial and multi-residential projects. Rosa is actively involved in preparation and negotiation of complex agreements of purchase and sale, joint venture agreements, commercial agreements and security documentation.

Rosa is a member of the board of directors of The Greater Kitchener-Waterloo Chamber of Commerce and of K-W Counselling Services. Rosa is also a member of the Waterloo chapter of the International Women's Forum. She is actively involved and a regular guest lecturer at the Schlegel Centre for Entrepreneurship at Wilfrid Laurier University.
