Biography

Ryan T. Sauers is President/Owner of Sauers Consulting Strategies. He has nearly 20 year's experience in leading multi-million dollar companies in the printing, promotional products and visual communications industries. He consults with such companies today as well as family businesses. Sauers is working on a Doctoral degree in Organizational Leadership and has a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership.
Sauers is a Certified Meyers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Practitioner which is the most widely used personality profile instrument in the world.His book Everyone Is in Sales came out in JAN 2012.Ryan is both Director & Founding member of the Certified Marketing & Sales Professionals Association (dedicated to excellence and integrity in sales/marketing). He is one of a small group worldwide to have achieved the CME (Certified Marketing Executive) through Sales Marketing Executives International. He writes two regular magazine columns on topics such as sales, marketing, communications, leadership, and human relations.Sauers is a frequent speaker at a number of different industry conferences and events. He spends time helping bridge the diverse worlds of cutting edge technology such as social/emerging media with traditional media such as printing.
Ryan is a member of The Social CMO thesocialcmo.com group which includes some of the top marketing individuals in North America.He is a professor for two universities and frequent presenter of many seminars and webinars as well. He serves on both the March of Dimes- GA and Atlanta Community Food Bank Board, is past lay leader of his church and is current Chairperson of the Local School Council. Sauers was elected to and serves on the GEMS Oversight committee for Gwinnett County Public Schools. He has great fun coaching his kid's soccer and basketball teams and as the announcer for their summer swim league as well. Ryan has a wonderful wife and three terrific daughters.
