Scott Delanty joined LMU's Department of Accounting in the fall of 2009. He teaches accounting ethics and financial accounting. Prior to joining LMU, Delanty held a variety of prestigious positions ranging from Big Four auditor to European CFO and senior finance executive of Computer Sciences Corporation. He has extensive experience in SEC reporting, tax, audit, systems, controls, off-shoring activities, shared service centers, debt/equity offerings, mergers, strategic planning and risk management initiatives. Delanty also completed the AACSB Bridge Program for educators and LMU's "Ignatian Spiritual Exercises for Busy Persons."

Scott Delanty’s Accounting Ethics class hosted guest speaker Chuck Selcer. He discussed key ethics standards from his experience on the Minnesota State Board of Accountancy and ethics committees of the AICPA and Minnesota Society of CPAs.
