Biography
Scott is the founder of vsellis.com which serves as a platform from which he invests or takes part in early stage companies that can benefit from his expertise in digital presence, mobility, local commerce and social media.
Scott has been active in building new media technology since the mid 1990's. Early in his career he recognized that while the technology is an enabler it's the content those technologies deliver that are central to the success or failure of a campaign or organization.
Scott has worked with Fortune 20 clients, start-up's and everything in between. But when speaking his passion is most clearly demonstrated while helping start-up's & SMB's avoid common mistakes in their marketing, content and technology efforts.
Scott's thinking is often unconventional and delivered through a funnel that starts with strategy but quickly delves into practical things businesses can do.
Scott has spoken at conferences and events around the world on mobility, social media and content marketing for organizations such as Apps World, Meeting Professionals International, MultiFamily Pro, WordCamp's, OpenCamp, the Verizon Developer Community and more.
Scott is also a web producer for GeekBeat and active contributor to multiple well known blogs.
