Founded in 1911, LMU is a Catholic, Jesuit, and Marymount university with more than 7,100 undergraduate students and more than 3,000 graduate and law students. Scott W. Kester, Ph.D., is a professor of education (school psychology) at Loyola Marymount University, Los Angeles. A graduate of the University of Oklahoma, Dr. Kester is a consultant and expert for various legal defense funds and the U.S. Office of Civil Rights. He also works with several California school districts, the Native American Research and Resource Associates and the Scientific Analysis Corp.
