Sean Gomes

Sean is a partner practising business and technology law in Gowlings' Waterloo Region office. He is a member of the Firm’s Technology Industry Group and the Corporate Finance and M&A Group.

His practice involves assisting companies in a wide variety of business and technology matters including, technology contracting, mergers and acquisitions, public and private debt and equity financings, cross-border transactions and corporate reorganizations. Sean also provides ongoing advice to clients on corporate and partnership matters.

Sean has completed the Canadian Securities Course.
